About the work
Golden Window and Stop Making Sense are two video compositions created for the Central Gallery of the Real Albergo dei Poveri during Videocittà Napoli 2026. The works interpret the seascape through geometry, layering and abstract forms, between observation and imagination.
Each piece runs for 120 seconds and was conceived for a continuous LED canvas spanning wall, curve and floor. Golden Window opens a warm aperture within an oceanic surface; Stop Making Sense breaks water reflections into a sequence of geometric fields.
The monumental installation brings together Juan Carlos Beltrán, MAOTIK, Matías Alonso Revelli and Milkorva around the sea and the Mediterranean. Videocittà comes to Naples for the first time on October 10 and 11, 2026.
