About the work
Cronotopías Híbridas — Sweat, Geometries and Carbohydrates fractures the boundary between athletics, art, and technology. A collaboration with Hermanos Koumori for Art Week CDMX 2024, the series uses analog photography, AI, and oil painting to reinterpret the runner not as an athlete but as an artist — a body in negotiation with time, nostalgia, and the absurd. The question at its core: how do technology and human perseverance distort our idea of authenticity?
